• Prices depend on breed and are inclusive of arrival & departure days                   

• 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking to confirm the space

• Full fees less the deposit are payable at the start of the care period

• The fee paid is non-refundable , in full or part, once the care period has started

​​

• Cancellation within 28 days of arrival is charged at 50% of the total fee payable                                    

• Cancellation prior to 28 days before arrival will be charged at 25%
